Fixed Asset Inventory Summer 2016

Asset Services will be performing a fixed asset inventory of all district buildings starting Monday, June 6. The inventory specialists will be wearing light blue polo shirts with an Asset Services Logo.
The Inventory Specialists will work with building personnel on schedule and avoid rooms/areas as appropriate. They will be inventorying items such as computer equipment, audio visual equipment, furniture, kitchen equipment, etc. If anyone has personal items in a room that may get inventoried, please place a sticky note on the item and label as personal property. If a personal item is tagged in error, let me know, and I will notify Asset Services to remove it from the asset ledger.
We ask that computer carts and iPod carts be unlocked when Asset Services is in your building.

Contracts issued to teachers for the 2015-2016 School Year have now been loaded into the Employee Portal. As you know, the Teachers??? Negotiated Agreement for the 2015-2016 School Year was recently ratified and has since been approved by the Board of Education. Following these actions, Human Resources is able to issue contracts to the teachers through the Employee Portal. Please have your teachers review their contract in the Employee Portal and provide their electronic signature prior to June 3, 2016. Any questions or concerns related to contracts may be directed to Human Resources at 913-279-2262.
