Welcome Center Information

This is important information regarding the Welcome Center.
As you know, the Welcome Center will enroll all first-time families to the district. For consistency in enrollment procedures, the Welcome Center will also be enrolling families that have left and are now returning to our system.
Staff that you designated will receive an enrollment alert email that will indicate whether the student(s) are new or are returning to the district. In the case of returning students, all your secretary or registrar would need to do is reactivate their status in SILK.
Each family that enrolls through the Welcome Center will have a form when they come to the building. This form will indicate the student???s progress in the enrollment process.
Also, the Welcome Center will not be open whenever school is not in session. For example, we will be closed on Friday, April 20, because school will not be in session. The Welcome Center will re-open on Monday, April 23 with hours of operation from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
