The essay is not to exceed 250 words (Must be typed), the deadline for submission is November 18th. ??Participating students write an essay on how they would improve their community by responding to the prompt ???If I were mayor, I would???????? Templates and an example essay are listed below.

Diploma+ Website Updated for Family Advocacy

From Mike Keener
Principals, please share this item with your teachers and counselors (and anyone else who might need this information).

In anticipation of Family Advocacy meetings, the Diploma+ website has been significantly updated. We have added information on the high school academies and pathways, as well as information on the general role of Diploma+ from Pre-K through graduation. This is all information that you can find in the Diploma+ brochure, planner, and rack cards, but in case there is a shortage, we have put all of this information in one place for students, parents, and staff.

The site is accessible at kckps.org/diplomaplus, and is mobile-ready. It can also be reached by clicking the Diploma+ logo on the front page of the district website.
