At the November 5th Principals’ Meeting, we will move into the next phase of our district-wide School Improvement Planning process. We’ll continue our learning by sharing our Root-Cause Analysis (RCA) progress and start moving into linking causation to interventions based on our findings.
Please complete and bring a copy of the attached spreadsheet that captures your RCA work to date. Sheets should be an authentic reflection of your building’s progress, so please know there are no right or wrong answers!
Additionally, please bring a copy of (or have digital access to) your 60 Day Plan.
