If any staff person is issued a subpoena related to school district business or your specific job, please contact Raquel Ayala and send a copy of the subpoena to her. She will forward to the Board of Education???s attorney and they will represent you at the court hearing. Do not attend court alone and if the court date is cancelled, please be sure and inform Raquel immediately.
