From Kristin Scott
Good Morning ESL Team,
Pre-K and Elementary, all of your teacher schedules and push-ins in websilk should have been approved by your principal and the ESL teacher. Keep in mind, that you only split teacher???s schedule as needed to adjust the push-in times, and create individual student schedule as needed for pull-out.
Secondary, all of your push-ins should already be entered in websilk. Principal or ESL teacher do not need to approve schedules.
If you have not entered the push-in or pull-out, these need to be done ASAP or no later than this Friday, Sept. 18th (this is the last day you can enter any schedule). DO NOT touch any schedule after Sept. 18th. Websilk will be locked on Sept. 21st.
If you are done with the schedules, you can start working on your ILPs. ILPs are due October 15th, and it is ongoing for the rest of the year.
All of your Weekly meeting logs should be up-to-date in websilk. We still show a lot of school have not entered your meeting log yet. This is ongoing for the rest of the year.
All current ESL students should be identified by now and entered in websilk by this Friday as well. This too is ongoing for the rest of the year.
If you have any questions about Sept. 20th count, please contact Connie. If you have questions about student’s code, please contact Chavonne.
Student Count – Very Important
From Bridgette DeSmet
This is a reminder that there is one more practice count scheduled for Friday, September 18. It is imperative that we receive your accurate count in a timely manner. Please remember that the counts is more than just a head count. The numbers reported should reflect the inclusion of all students who attended at least one day since the beginning of the school year. Students that have transferred, dropped or withdrawn should not be included in this count.
Our final count will be Monday, September 21.
Please contact me if you have any questions.
